We will not only reduce the pain but also strengthen your entire body!

Who are the training sessions intended for?
For anyone with Osgood Schlatter. The training has regressions and progressions so you can easily adjust it to your abilities.
What will you get?

Training at the gym or at home.
The plan will give you two versions of training: at home without equipment and at the gym.
Stop OSGOOD SCHLATTER includes 2 priority strength trainings plus a third additional one.
- Group access
By joining the STOP OSGOOD SCHLATTER subscription you get access to a private Facebook group, which only our clients have access to.
You will find a lot of tips there, support from other trainees and of course my help. Joining the group outside the program is not possible.
- Flexible schedule
The plan assumes a minimum of 2 workouts per week and a maximum of 4 workouts per week. You choose how many you do.
