Who are the training sessions intended for?

For anyone training basketball, no matter what your level of advancement is. The training has regressions and progressions so you can easily adjust them to your abilities.

The plan includes two versions of strength training: at home without equipment and at the gym.
Jump Like a Basketball Player includes 2 priority strength training sessions plus a third additional one.

You will find a lot of tips there, support from other trainees and of course my help. Joining the group outside the program is not possible.

  • Flexible schedule

The plan assumes a minimum of 2 workouts per week and a maximum of 4 workouts per week. You choose how many you do.
