Who are the training sessions intended for?
For anyone who wants to do their first WSADD as well as those who want to take their level of SLADDING to the next level, regardless of your level of advancement. The training has regressions and progressions so you can easily adjust them to your abilities.
What will you get?
- Workout at the gym or at home
The plan includes two versions of strength training: at home without equipment and at the gym. Jump like DUNKER includes 2 priority strength trainings plus a third additional and DUNKER technical training
- Group access
By joining the SKIPPING LIKE DUNKER subscription, you get access to a private Facebook group that only our clients have access to.
You will find a lot of tips, support from other trainees and of course my help there. Joining the group outside the program is not possible.
- Flexible schedule
The plan assumes a minimum of 2 workouts per week and a maximum of 4 workouts per week. You choose how many you do.
- Effects
Enjoy better jumps and better SLAMS. If you stick to the plan I guarantee you will take your DUNKS to the next level!

True coach
As part of the program, you will receive access to the True Coach training app. With it, you will be able to conveniently review workouts, watch demonstration videos, take notes from training, save results and see progress on a graph. In the app, you will also find a messenger to contact your trainer.

Periodization
The trainings are programmed according to the periodization of the annual training plan. This means that regardless of when you join the program, you will receive trainings appropriate to a specific time in the DUNKER season!
