Best exercise for jumping out

Many people ask me:
“What is the best exercise for jumping?” I answer:
Jumping. But not jumping senselessly to a target that does not force us to jump at the limit of our abilities. But to a target higher than we can jump.
While jumping to a low basket, lower target is able to improve our jumping technique.
It is not enough stimulus for our body to have a signal to adapt.
For example, our myelin sheath, surrounding our nerves, thickens, we better conduct nerve impulses, and thus jump higher.
Also remember how we jump, running jumps are usually more hip dominant than quad, so both the proper jump technique and the repetition of jumps in a given technique.
