Hello! I am a trainer and a fifth-year student of physiotherapy at the Silesian Medical University. Physical activity has accompanied me for as long as I can remember, and ultimately resulted in a great passion and the decision to undertake education in this field. What brings me the greatest satisfaction from work is the opportunity to help other people. This is why I want to fulfill myself in this profession in matters of training and rehabilitation. I am an empathetic person and I always care about finding the best solutions that will be individually selected for a given person. When working with clients, I always take into account the goals of the client first. I have many certifications, most of them from the Practical Side of Training project at Artur Mohr’s Hussars Academy, where I work as a trainer. Privately, I am a basketball fan, but in terms of my own training, I love lifting heavy, jumping high and running fast.
