The training has regressions and progressions so you can easily adjust it to your abilities.<\/p>\n<h3>What will you get?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Workout at the gym or at home<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Training at the gym or at home.<br \/>\nThe plan includes two versions of training: at home without equipment and at the gym.<br \/>\nStop Knee JUMPER includes 2 priority strength trainings plus a third additional one.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Group access<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By joining the STOP KNEE JUMPER subscription, you get access to a private Facebook group, which only our clients have access to.<br \/>\nYou will find a lot of tips there, support from other trainees and of course my help. Joining the group outside the program is not possible.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Flexible schedule<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The plan assumes a minimum of 2 workouts per week and a maximum of 4 workouts per week.
